The public is advised to be cautious and to directly deal with the T&CMD in case of any doubt. Any arrangement between applicants and ‘runners’ or third parties is at their own risk.

The T&CM Council Section takes a serious view of fraudulent activities carried out by ‘runners’/ third parties. Registered T&CM practitioners who are found guilty of fraudulent activities can be subjected to disciplinary action.
