LATEST UPDATE ON SUBMISSION OF PAYMENT DOCUMENT

 

  1. Pos Malaysia has introduced Money Order in receipt format to replace the current physical Money Order used at post offices. Therefore, besides Cash and Bank Draft, applicants are allowed to submit Money Order in receipt format for the following purpose:

 

  • Application for Registration as a Registered Practitioner
  • Application for Temporary Practicing Certificate
  • Application/ Renewal of Registered Practitioner’s Practicing Certificate
  • Application for Foreign T&CM Assistant Practitioner

 

  1. Please book an appointment through the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division official portal (click eTemujanji) first before making Cash payment at the registration counter.

 

  1. Payment via Bank Draft or Money Order should be made payable to:

 

        PENGARAH BAHAGIAN PERUBATAN TRADISIONAL DAN KOMPLEMENTARI

 

(Translation to English is not allowed)

 

  1. Please ensure NO WRITTEN/ PRINTED ERRORS on the payment document.

 

  1. COMMONLY ENCOUNTERED ERRORS are as follows:

 

(i) Spelling errors

- example: Komplementari spelt as Komplimantari

(ii) Combining Malay and English language

- example: Perubatan Tradisional spelt as Perubatan Traditional

(iii) Usage of symbols or any kind of short form

- example: the word ‘dan’ replaced by the symbol ‘&’

- example: the word ‘Bahagian’ shortened to ‘Bhgn.’

 

  1. The error cannot be initialed or erased by any method including usage of correction liquid. Hence, applicants must submit a new payment document if an error has been made.

 

  1. If an error was made on the Bank Draft or Money Order, the application process shall be withheld until the new payment document is provided.
