PRACTISING WITHOUT REGISTRATION UNDER THE T&CM ACT 2016

Practising Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) without registration is an offence under the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 [Act 775].

The Act requires all T&CM practitioners in recognised practice areas to be registered with the T&CM Council before providing services to the public.

Members of the public are advised to seek treatment only from registered T&CM practitioners.
