Reminder To Complete The Practitioner Registration Process

For your information, the transitional period ended on 28 February 2025 and full enforcement of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) Act 2016 began on 1 March 2025. T&CM practitioners who are found to be practicing without a valid Registered Practitioner Certificate and Registered Practitioner’s Practising Certificate may be subject to legal action from 1 March 2025. Therefore:

1) Practitioners who have yet to submit their registration application, you are urged to do so immediately.

2) Practitioners whose registration has been approved by the TCM Council and have received the notification letter from the T&CM Council Section or have got the approval notification through the online checking system from the Division website are requested to submit your application for a Registered Practitioner’s Practising Certificate immediately to complete the registration process.

3) For practitioners who have submitted their application for a Registered Practitioner’s Practising Certificate but have not yet received the certificate, the outstanding applications will be processed as soon as possible.
