GUIDELINE ON APPLICATION AS CAPACITY BUILDING MODULE (CBM) TRAINING CENTRE AND TRAINER FOR TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE (TCM - ACUPUNCTURE SUBAREA) FOR REGISTERED MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (RMPs) UNDER THE TRADITIONAL AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE (T&CM) ACT 2016 [ACT 775]
Act 775 was gazetted on 10 March 2016 and implemented on 1 August 2016. All T&CM practitioners in recognized practice areas who wish to practice in Malaysia are required to register with the T&CM Council under this Act. The T&CM Council has agreed for RMPs who fulfill certain conditions and wish to register with the Council in TCM (Acupuncture Subarea) during the transitional period to undergo the CBM and pass the related assessment component.
