INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION OF LOCAL TRADITIONAL & COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE (T&CM) PRACTITIONERS

 

Pemakluman Ringkas

Application for registration of traditional and complementary medicine practitioners in recognized practice areas awill be accepted from 15 March 2021. For further information, please visit the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division website at http://tcm.moh.gov.my.

 

Pemakluman Lengkap

a)    Information on Registration of Local Traditional & Complementary Medicine (T&CM) Practitioners

        i.    Registration will only be open for the following recognised practice areas.

        a)    Malay Medicine

 b)    Chinese Medicine

 c)    Indian Medicine

 d)    Homeopathy

 e)    Osteopathy

 f)     Chiropractic

 g)    Islamic Medical Practice

 

        ii.   Registration for local T&CM practitioners will be conducted in phases and zones as follows:

Registration guidelines and application forms for local T&CM practitioners according to recognised practice areas can be downloaded from the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division’s official website. Complete applications should be submitted via post according to the commencement date for the respective zones (kindly refer to http://tcm.moh.gov.my ).

 

b)   Information on Registration of Foreign Traditional & Complementary Medicine Practitioners

 

Application for registration of foreign T&CM practitioners will be opened to parties making the application throughout the country simultaneously. Parties making the application are allowed to submit their application 5 months prior to the end of the latest working permit.
