GUIDE FOR INSPECTION OR MAKING OF A COPY OR EXTRACTION OF AN ENTRY FROM THE REGISTER.

The public may apply for inspection or making of a copy or extraction of an entry from the register based on subregulation 10 of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Regulations 2021. According to the Second Schedule of P.U (A) 69/2021, the fee for inspection or making of a copy or extraction of an entry from the register is RM 10.00 per inspection or copy or extraction for each practitioner.

Procedure For Inspection Or Making Of A Copy Or Extraction Of An Entry From The Register

The steps to be taken by the public (applicant) for inspection or making of a copy or extraction of an entry from the register are as follows:-

1. Download the application form via the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division official website (click here to download).
2. Fill up the form accordingly.
3. Prepare the payment document in the form of postal order/ money order or bank draft for the amount of RM 10.00 for each practitioner applied for. The payment should be made to: PENGARAH BAHAGIAN PERUBATAN TRADISIONAL DAN KOMPLEMENTARI. 
4. Submit the application form and payment document to the T&CM Council Registrar via post or by hand to:
