IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW CPD CREDIT SYSTEM FOR OPTOMETRISTS AND OPTICIANS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024
Starting on January 1, 2024, the Malaysian Optical Council will be implementing a new CPD Credit System for the determination of CPD credits for optometrists and opticians.
The following implementation steps must be taken into consideration and action by all registered optometrists and opticians in myCPD2:

2. | Deadline for claiming CPD credits for 2023 by users (optometrists and opticians). | December 15, 2023 |
3. | Deadline for supervisor to verify CPD credit claims. | December 22, 2023 |
4. | Effective date of the new CPD Credit System. | January 1, 2024 |
