Complaint
Introduction
Complaints are statements of customer/ public dissatisfaction with actions, policies, practices and services delivery by MOH Headquarters (IPKKM), Departments and Institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) which are felt to be unfair, do not comply with the law and/ or existing rules including misconduct, malpractice, abuse of power, mismanagement and others.
Malaysian Optical Council manages 2 types of complaints:
1. Complaints against the services of the secretariat of Malaysian Optical Council
2. Complaints against registered opticians and optometrists
