INTRODUCTION

It is critically important to empower our current healthcare professionals by providing them with targeted, integrated skill development opportunities that are both seamlessly connected to service delivery and widely accessible.

The Internal Medicine Special Interest Group (SIG) Initiative is a timely and strategic effort to strengthen service delivery and build capacity within internal medicine. In response to growing demands across hospitals and communities, it provides a structured yet adaptable platform to equip healthcare professionals with practical, specialty-specific skills.
