Conclusion: Regardless of the type of intracanal medicaments, REPs can be advocated as
a viable treatment alternative for management of non-vital immature teeth in order to
promote teeth survival and the function of previously thought unfavourable prognosis
teeth. More clinical studies, especially randomised control trials are essential to further
investigate the clinical outcomes of REPs and to formulate a standardised clinical protocol
for REPs.
