- Attended to within 15 minutes of appointment time.

You, our CLIENTS are responsible for and expected to:
- Provide all necessary documents for the required procedures;

- Keep up with your appointments and inform us at OHP if you are unable to do so;
|
- Use all amenities provided in a responsible manner;
|
- Cooperate in providing detailed and accurate information on issues raised.
