This Charter reiterates the commitment of all Healthcare Workers (HCW) at Oral Health Programme, Ministry of Health (OHP, MOH): 

We are committed to ensure that our CLIENTS are:

  • Served efficiently and in a friendly manner;
  • Updated with relevant information on services provided;
  • Attended to within 15 minutes of appointment time.

 

You, our CLIENTS are responsible for and expected to:

  • Provide all necessary documents for the required procedures;
  • Keep up with your appointments and inform us at OHP if you are unable to do so;
  • Use all amenities provided in a responsible manner;
  • Cooperate in providing detailed and accurate information on issues raised.
