Pending Disciplinary Actions
The Council on 13 February 2023, found DR. EMRAN BIN AZNAN guilty under Section 32(2)(b) of the Dental Act 1971 and ordered that his name be REMOVED FROM THE DENTAL REGISTER under section 33(1)(a) of the Act. The commencement date of his punishment awaits his compliance in returning his certificate of registration.
The Council on 28 February 2023, found DR. MUSTAFA BIN IBRAHIM guilty under Section 32(2)(b) of the Dental Act 1971 and ordered that his name be REMOVED FROM THE DENTAL REGISTER under section 33(1)(a) of the Act. The commencement date of his punishment awaits his compliance in returning his certificate of registration.

The Council on 12 November 2024, found DR. FARHAN BINTI IBRAHIM guilty under Section 51(o) of the Dental Act 2018 and ordered that she be SUSPENDED FOR ONE (1) MONTH under section 33(1)(b) of the Act. Her suspension period was from 14 JANUARY 2025 until 13 FEBRUARY 2025.
The Council on 12 November 2024, found DR. SITI KHAIRUN NISAK BINTI RADZALI guilty under Section 51(o) of the Dental Act 2018 and ordered that she be SUSPENDED FOR ONE (1) MONTH under section 33(1)(b) of the Act. Her suspension period was from 14 JANUARY 2025 until 13 FEBRUARY 2025.
The Council on 24 June 2025, found DR. SARAVANAN A/L GOVINDEN guilty under Section Section 51(k) of the Dental Act 2018 and ordered that he be SUSPENDED FROM THE DENTAL REGISTER FOR ONE (1) MONTH under section 58(1)(b) of the Act. His suspension period was from 3 NOVEMBER 2025 until 2 DECEMBER 2025.
The Council on 14 October 2025, foundDR. WOON LAI NAM guilty under Section 51(2)(a) of the Dental Act 2018 and ordered that she be SUSPENDED FROM THE DENTAL REGISTER FOR ONE (1) MONTH under section 58(1)(b) of the Act. Her suspension period was from 24 DECEMBER 2025 until 23 JANUARY 2026.
The Council on 11 November 2025, found DR. KARPAHAM A/P BALASUBRAMANIAM guilty under Section 51(2)(a) of the Dental
Act 2018 and ordered that she be SUSPENDED FROM THE DENTAL REGISTER FOR ONE (1) MONTH under section 58(1)(b) of the Act. Her suspension period is from 13 JANUARY 2026 until 12 FEBRUARY 2026.
