Client's Charter Malaysian Dental Council

 

The Secretariat of the Malaysian Dental Council is dedicated to delivering efficient and effective services to customers in accordance with the following Client Charter:  

1. At least 95% of Certificates of Registration will be issued within 14 working days upon receipt of a complete and accurate application.

2. All applications for the Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for the current year, submitted between 31 January and 1 November, will be processed and issued within 10 working days upon receipt of a complete and accurate application.

3. All complaints against registered practitioners will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt.  

               
CLIENT’S OBLIGATION: 

  1. Make an appointment for registration.

  2. Ensure complete documents attached with your application  for registration and APC. 

  3. Ensure information provided is valid.
