{"id":1392,"date":"2023-04-03T16:02:04","date_gmt":"2023-04-03T16:02:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hq.moh.gov.my\/perancangan\/?page_id=1392"},"modified":"2026-01-09T10:13:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T10:13:44","slug":"health-facility-planning-section","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hq.moh.gov.my\/perancangan\/health-facility-planning-section\/","title":{"rendered":"HEALTH FACILITY PLANNING SECTION"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"container section-title-container\" ><h3 class=\"section-title section-title-normal\"><b><\/b><span class=\"section-title-main\" >FUNCTIONS OF THE HEALTH FACILITY PLANNING SECTION<\/span><b><\/b><\/h3><\/div>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-roman;\">\n<li>Preparation of the Health Facility Development Master Plan of the Ministry of Health in aspects<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure health facility planning is in line with government policy, latest technology and is appropriate based on health needs and existing resources<\/li>\n<li>Formulate guidelines and strategies for the purpose of planning and developing health facilities<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing requirements from the aspect of service scope including subspecialty services, workload, human resources and others<\/li>\n<li>Planning based on evidence (evidence-based planning)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-roman;\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Providing Health Facility Planning Norms &amp; Guidelines of the Ministry of Health:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan medical equipment requirements for appropriate engineering systems and equipment. Requirements &amp; facility design from the medical aspect (equipment, system and equipment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-roman;\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Physical planning of projects identified to be implemented in the following aspects:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of scope details in the form of &#8220;Medical Brief of Requirements&#8221;
