Pemantauan Perkhidmatan Klinikal melalui KPI telah disepakati oleh semua Ketua Perkhidmatan KKM pada tahun 2013 melalui mesyuarat bersama Ketua Perkhidmatan KKM serta surat arahan KPK: \u00a0Penyediaan KPI Perkhidmatan Klinikal kepada semua Ketua Perkhidmatan Klinikal Kebangsaan melalui surat ruj: KKM87\/P3\/12\/6\/6 Jld.2 (40) bertarikh 09 September 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Bermula 2014, KPI Perkhidmatan Klinikal telah mula dipantau di hospital-hospital KKM yang mempunyai pakar dan menawarkan perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan klinikal tersebut.
