Maklumat berhubung prosedur pendaftaran Persatuan boleh didapati di pautan berikut http:\/\/www.ros.gov.my\/content.php?ida=PER-20080310160340<br \/>(ii) Setelah berdaftar, pihak Persatuan perlu mengemukakan salinan surat kelulusan penubuhan Persatuan tersebut kepada Unit Skim, Saraan dan Hubungan Pekerja, Bahagian Sumber Manusia untuk makluman dan rekod Kementerian.<\/p><p>Kesatuan<br \/>(i) Bagi penubuhan Persatuan, pendaftaran perlu dilakukan melalui Jabatan Hal Ehwal Kesatuan Sekerja, Kementerian Sumber Manusia.
